“ If I had to choose one word to describe my experience at Rosa Blanca.... WOW! When I walked it I felt like I was sitting in a nice bar or restaurant in Miami. You feel the energy and vibe of the place as soon as you walk in. I got a mojito and my wife got a Pina color on the rocks and both drinks were very good. We started with the empanadas, 1 chicken, 1 beef both were crispy, tender and packed with flavor. For my entree I got the Cubano, absolutely fantastic sandwich, crispy buttery toasted bread,packed with meat, slight acidity from the pickles all solidified with melty cheese, I would drive an hour for this ! For sides we got the Rosa chips, the maduros and croquettes. All good but the standout was the croquettes they rival Amada in old city Philly. Lastly for dessert we for the cafe con leche flan and guava tres leches cake both phenomenal. Don't walk. RUN. Once the word gets out about this place getting a seat is going to be hard. ”
